These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Operator Vault and any related content, materials, and community (the "Product") sold at ihavenoemployees.com, operated by TrentScales ("we," "us," "our"). By buying or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
The Product is a digital product: a downloadable Obsidian vault plus written and video guidance, templates, and access to a community. It is delivered digitally after purchase. The Product is educational and informational. It requires a paid third-party Claude plan (Claude Pro or higher) from Anthropic to use as intended. That cost is separate and paid to Anthropic, not to us.
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the Product or its contents. Your access may be revoked for breach of these Terms without refund.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Product is a system and set of tools. It is not a promise of income or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, offer, and market. See our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Product for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and not to misrepresent the Product or your results when using or referencing it.
All content in the Product is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Buying the Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Meta, Obsidian, or Stripe. Their products and services are governed by their own terms. "Claude" is a product of Anthropic.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
