The Product is delivered digitally and you keep the files, so our refund is tied to doing the work rather than to non-access. We guarantee the system when applied. We cannot guarantee results if the work is not done. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
Email trent@trentscales.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email you bought under and a short note on what you tried. We aim to reply and process eligible refunds promptly, typically within a few business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
A refund ends your licence to the Product, including access to any community and future updates.
